Friday
WELCOME PARTY
Mattei’s Tavern in Los Olivos

Cocktails, dinner, and bluegrass,
Dress code: Wine Country Garden Party
Ladies: Floral and colorful — flowy dresses, midis, prints, garden-party vibes. Florals, color, and a little romance.
Gentlemen: No need for a tie. Think: linen, a little color, an open collar. Save the black for a different day.
Note: The evening air cools after sunset (a wrap or light layer is your friend).
Saturday
CEREMONY
Private Vineyard
4 pm to 10 pm
Join us for our ceremony and reception on a beautiful private vineyard in one of our favorite towns in the world. We'll gather among the vines to celebrate, dance, and feast the night away under the California sky — a sacred moment made whole by the presence of our family and friends.
Dress Code: Black Tie Optional.
Think: Formal, but on a Vineyard.
Ladies: The dress or gown you've been dying to wear — a flowing dress, a floor-length gown, or a high-end midi.
Gentlemen: A dark suit and tie are great. A tuxedo if you're feeling it. Or go full Gatsby.
We'll be on vineyard grounds, so flats will be provided for anyone who'd like to slip out of their heels and into the evening.
Detail: Buses will pick up from The Genevieve and Mattei's to transport you to the vineyard at 3 pm. There is no parking at the vineyard.
Saturday
AFTER PARTY

When the reception winds down, the night's just getting started. Buses will carry us to an after-party with a little country, a little rustic, and a whole lot of dancing.
Dress code: There's no need to change. But if you've got a pair of cowboy boots handy, bring 'em.
Late night snacks provided.
Sunday
LAKE DAY

11 am to 2 pm
Come unwind with us by the water.
Dress code: Swimsuits, cover-ups — this is the slow, easy close to the weekend.
Wood-fired pizzas (gluten-free, obviously), rosé, and nowhere to be.
Buses will transport you to the venue at 10:30 am from Mattei's and The Genevieve.

Santa Barbara Municipal Airport (SBA)
Distance: ~30 miles (45-minute drive)
Best for: Convenience and a stress-free experience.
Details: A beautiful, small airport with direct flights from major hubs like Denver, Dallas, Phoenix, Seattle, and LAX.
Los Angeles International Airport (LAX)
Distance: ~125 miles (2.5 to 3-hour drive)
Best for: International travelers and more frequent domestic flight options.
Note: Traffic out of LA can vary significantly—please plan for extra travel time!
GETTING TO THE SANTA YNEZ VALLEY
Car Rentals:
We highly recommend renting a car at the airport. While Santa Ynez is charming and walkable, Ubers and Lyfts are limited in the valley, and a car will give you the freedom to explore local towns and tasting rooms.
QUICK NAVIGATION
For those driving from the south, we recommend taking Scenic Highway 154 (San Marcos Pass) for breathtaking views of Lake Cachuma as you descend into the valley.
